I bought a few items from Pugster and found each of the items to be not as advertised.
The Polymer clay bead looked nothing like what is pictured on Amazon. It is advertised
as have a sterling silver core, but is not stamped .925. The clay part looks more like plastic which has been painted. Other Pugster beads I ordered were advertised on Amazon as
sterling silver but were not. After I ordered the beads I looked on the Pugster web site and found that they were not advertised as sterling silver there. The beads don't even look silver-plated.

Trying to get through to Pugster is another issue. They do not answer their phone and they have a voice mail system that can't take your message because it has exceeded the number of calls it can hold. My experience is that they do not respond to e-mail either. I have never dealt with a company that had such poor customer service.

I would never order from them again.

it's a beautiful little charm......might not be pandora; but it fits on my pandora braclet; and it was really nice. the delivery was amazing; in two days in was on my braclet. don't let the price scare you; it's worth every penny. "J" for for my
